Denis D is a self-taught photographer based in Ottawa, Canada. Originally from Cameroon, he moved to Canada to continue his studies;and discovered himself a passion for photography. His visual skills have often prompted friends & family to approach him to capture events such as birthdays, shows or to help with class projects. And today he has agreed to answer some of our questions concerning his personal story, his art as well as his interests in general.

• Who is Denis ? How would you describe yourself in a few words ?

As simple as the name itself ; I am someone who is captivated by everything related to art ; photography and style among other things.

• When did you develop an interest in Photography ? 

My interest in photography really developed from nothing ; as I recall it was some time in 2010.I became quite intrigued by a shot I had taken with my camera & this spurred a greater interest in photography. From then onwards my  little inspiritations gradually accentuated themselves.

• What are your other interests ? 

Right now I am mostly busy with my studies . However my visual art and creative style remain of undeniable importance.

What’s the next step for you ? Any projects or ideas you would like to share ? 

I actually have many ideas in mind right now and with regards to my projects I prefer not to reveal them yet. You will be pleasantly surprised me. Trust me.
