Clémence Ongolo Zogo is an Toronto-based Cameroonian who happens to be the mind behind the blog Telegraph to The Soul. She is a resident doctor and health research methodologist; and it is her love for writing & visual aesthetics which led to the creation of this blog.
Some of her interests include: Health research, Writing, Travelling, Photography & Visual Art. She is particularly interested in the dynamics between African youth and creativity, as well as the role art and creativity play in changing personal narratives. It is in this light that in 2015, she created, edited and served as a visual curator for the media platform called Through Thy Lens; a hub of interviews and art, exposing the work of visual artists and photography enthusiasts in Canada, Cameroon, Turkey, Findland, the U.S and France. The goal being to promote artistic endeavors and inspire aspiring creatives. .
She is also a strong advocate of striving to make an impact (as little be it); and firmly believes in the necessity of creating & building connections.
Her Mantra: Your vision needs no one’s validation; as long as you believe in yourself.
