Created in 2015 by Clémence Ongolo Zogo; Through Thy Lens is a compilation of interviews and narratives from people who share a common interest : Photography. From pro to amateur photographers, visual artists, image chasers, visual editors and Instagram lovers, Through Thy Lens provides a platform for them to showcase their art and share their stories ; with the intent to shed light on the diversity of photography.
“It began as a series on my personal blog and at first I was just trying to share with my readers the work of some of my amazingly talented friends. But then I realized that what I was really interested in was creating a platform which would bring together visually talented people; and provide them with a means to share their personal story and how photography has impacted it.” – Clems.
With contributors from Canada , Cameroon and all over the world , Through Thy Lens remains dedicated to its prime motive : Sharing the stories and visual skills of ordinary and yet no so ordinary people.
